Micah and Tatum's Flower filled "I Do's"

You might have seen this featured by Wed Society back in September because it was a wedding for the books! With designer plate-wear for the reception, hanging flower installations from the ceiling, and ruffles on silk for bridesmaid, Tatum and Micah had a uniquely detailed day to represent their unique love for one another.

Private Vows + Prayers

One aspect of Wish Well House in Austin Texas that we love is their secluded woven green wall at the back of the property. Here Micah and Tatum were able to pray with and read their vows to one another without seeing what each one was dressed in. They wanted to wait till the aisle for the full reveal.

Ceremony in the Yard

With the sun at high noon, the ceremony began in Wish Well's outdoor courtyard. The colorful flowers were met with a bluebird sky, and of course Micah's tears as he saw his bride for the first time.

Leave the Door Open: An Indoor + Outdoor Combo Reception Space

Utilizing the amazing breeze of a Texas Summer night, the reception was a hybrid of indoor and outdoor. With a large guest list, immediate family sat under the covered reception hall while others dined under the stars nearby. While many were in attendance, the placement of dinner seating created an atmosphere of one large family dinner.

Sneaking Off for Couple's Portraits

The end of the day is drawing near. You just celebrated the day you prepared so much for. Pre marital counseling, wedding planner meeting, taste testing, and then some. You knew all along that it would be the party of the century. You, your lover, and all your closest friends and family---it was perfect. Now, all thats left is to cuddle close to your honey and smile.
