Running Around the Best Spots in San Antonio

For Charlie and Karina's San Antonio engagement session we came prepared to run around the city in search of fun urban spots, as well as more greenery and riverwalk views. To take in the essence of San Antonio it felt like we needed both the city and the famed river that runs through it.

#1- Bexar County District Courts

The Bexar Country District Court gives the old city aesthetic a perfect look. Built in 1892 the court holds a charmed history that adds to a romantic air of any engagement session. You will find a paid parking lot across the street from the courthouse that rates at 10/an hour.

#2- Side Streets next to the Consulado General de Mexico

While the ever popular Consulado General de Mexico was coned off due to construction there is a a four way of connecting streets that make for an effortless "crossing the road" shot.

#3 The RiverWalk

The Magic of the Riverwalk

This San Antonio Riverwalk is a great place for elegant, yet incognito engagement photos. I am a big fan of moving and doing for engagement sessions to get the most natural shots of my couples. One of my favorite parts is, at the Riverwalk, love is in the air. Anyone that spots you is sure to congratulate your engagement with a massive smile across their face.

#4 Little Village of San Antonio

Colors and Sights of The Little Village

The little village near San Antonio's River walk is another must photograph location. With swirling tiled steps and arched bridges that look over the river it provides multiple angles for those must get engagement shoot shots. Located on the Riverwalk you can continue onto the village as you walk!
