dancing and kissing in the rain

While some dread having a rainy wedding day, these photos will inspire you on what to do if it rains on your wedding day.... have fun! Alexis and Bryce couldn't control the weather, but they were a testament to me about the foundation of love with their bubbly attitudes and their eyes focused, not on the sky, but on each other.

The day rained pretty much for hours, letting up at evening for a beautiful rainbow and sunset--can it get more fairytale? While most of the festivities happened indoors like getting ready, wedding party shots, and the ceremony, the portion of the day where the bride and groom went off to take photos was entirely outside! Even though it drizzled, the wedding party and couple were adamant that they wanted to dance in the rain! No rain was going to stop the joy that overflowed between friends and family.

This year, Boettcher Films has started offering photography and video packages on film formats. These typically look like 85% coverage on film photos, 15% on digital (at the proper discretion) and a wedding highlight film that is all on 8mm or 16mm! They are such fun packages to do, and provide my husband and I with the best work.
